Convicted child molester from Goshen requests early prison releases

GOSHEN – A former Goshen man convicted of molesting his three daughters and a niece, is seeking an early release from prison.

Robert Rodes, 55, is scheduled for release in January 2018.

He says if let out early, he plans to complete a three-month residency at Walking with Jesus Ministries in South Bend.  Then, he plans to live with his wife in Nappanee.

A doctor who examined Rodes in 2000 prior to his sentencing found him to be at an extremely high risk of repeating the offenses, according to our partners at WNDU.
