Prosecutors have charged a fifth person in connection with a November 2012 Indianapolis house explosion that killed two people and damaged or destroyed dozens of homes.  Marion County Prosecutors charged 48-year-old Glenn Hults of Indianapolis  with conspiracy to commit arson. They say Hults agreed to have the daughter of co-defendant Monserrate Shirley stay at his home on the night of the explosion, that happened at Shirley's house killing a couple living next door. Also charged in the case are Shirley's former boyfriend, Mark Leonard; his brother, Bob Leonard, and Gary Thompson.
