Wednesday will be the 18th anniversary of the terror attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon.

Warsaw will have a local ceremony to remember the events of that day and those who lost their lives. Former Warsaw Police officer Mike Cox is charge of the public ceremony, which will begin Wednesday at 6pm inside the Center Lake Pavillion.

Cox says they will be honoring not only those who died in the attacks, but also those who served in rescue, recovery and cleanup efforts and died from diseases they contracted from it.
