A North Webster business owner has been sentenced to three years for dealing synthetic drugs. 65-year old Sam Stimmel pleaded guilty last month to selling spice, while charges of prostitution and corrupt business influence were dropped. The terms of the deal put Stimmel on probation for three years and home detention for six months while allowing him to take his children to school and other events.
