Norman Clark, age 69, of Claypool, passed away on December 11, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
A Life Celebration for Norman will be held on December 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, located at 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. Immediately following Pastor Glenn Hall will officiate the service starting at 6:00 PM.
