Kensington enters new phase of exterior renovations on Market Street office

WARSAW — Kensington Digital Media’s extensive exterior renovations are continuing at its office at 116 West Market Street in Warsaw.

Employees of Kensington Digital Media celebrated another phase of exterior renovations Monday with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce. Kensington received a second facade grant award from the chamber, which is provided by the city of Warsaw. Photo provided.

The office building already has new siding and paint, and the next phase will include new windows, doors, awnings, and signage.

The entire project is expected to cost several hundred thousand dollars, and the company has received two $10,000 facade grants from the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce.

General Manager Woody Zimmerman said the investment speaks volumes about its commitment to the community.

“The goal is to have a building that employees are proud to go to work in, and a building that the city is proud to have in Warsaw,” Zimmerman said following a brief celebration with chamber officials.

Work on the project is expected to be completed in 2027.
