Kensington Digital Media of Indiana has purchased Warsaw stations Willie 103.5, 107.3 WRSW, and News Now Warsaw 1480 AM and 99.7 FM.

The cluster of stations known as Lake City Media was previously owned by Federated Media, who is headquartered in Mishawaka.

Kensington Digital Media also owns stations in Nashville and Gallatin, Tennessee.

They’re headed up by Tony Richards, who formerly acted as the Chief Operating Officer of Federated Media from 2000-2012.

Jack Didier is also an operating partner and serves as the Chief Engineer for Federated Media.

Market Manager Woody Zimmerman says the future looks bright in Warsaw.

“We’re happy that we will continue to invest in the community, and look forward to growing Lake City Media,” he said.
