The mother of three children struck and killed by a motorist at their bus stop says she has no interest in any restitution money.

Brittany Ingle says she doesn’t want any restitution from Alyssa Shepherd. She and her husband were also not interested in the restitution hearing itself. That hearing would have helped cover funeral expenses, and was set for Friday afternoon but had to be moved.

The hearing will also determine possible financial restitution for the family of the fourth child, Maverick Lowe, who suffered severe injuries in the crash that killed Ingle’s children.
