American Legion Post 253 Holds Wii Bowling Fundraiser For Big Brothers Big Sisters

BBBS Press Release- American Legion Post 253 recently held a match event for the community based Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kosciusko County at their facility in North Webster. The event was a huge success, and tons of fun, and included 10 community based “Little” and their “Bigs” along with local Sons of the American Legion participants as well as Post

253 members. There was a Wii Bowling tournament using 5 screens, some of which were donated for the event by Aaron’s Rental in Warsaw. Bo the Clown and Magic Jerry the magician entertained the crowd, and the American Legion provided prizes, pizza, dessert, and drinks for all. A monetary donation was made to Big Brothers Big Sisters at the end of the event. The American Legion donated $295. Sons of the American Legion and on-site donations included more than $300 additional contributions as well. Big Brothers Big Sisters is very grateful for the support of American Legion Post 253.
