Application period open for Kosciusko County Superior Court I Judge vacancy

Governor Eric Holcomb’s office is now accepting applications to fill the vacancy of judge in Kosciusko County Superior Court I after the sudden passing of Judge David Cates. Cates passed away at his home on December 9th from a heart attack.

The person who is selected by the Governor will serve a six year term. Qualified applicants should complete and submit the judicial application found below by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19.

Applications should be sent to the Governor’s Office preferably via email (judicialapplications@gov.in.gov) or alternatively by hard copy (Governor’s Office, Attn: Joseph R. Heerens, State House Room 206, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204).
