NORTH WEBSTER- Indiana Conservation Officers are warning of a suicidal male subject in the area of Tri-County FWA.
Michael D. Miller, 20, Twinsburg, OH is considered armed and dangerous. He is a 5’8”, 135lbs, Brown eyes, and brown hair. His clothing and vehicle are unknown. It is believed he is on foot armed with a shotgun.
Avoid the area if possible. Residents are advised to stay inside and lock their doors. Please, report suspicious activity to Kosciusko County Police by dialing 911.
