Attorney Ordered By Judge To Wear Socks

An attorney who doesn't wear socks is creating a big stink in Blackford County. Last week, Blackford Circuit Judge Dean Young has ordered  Todd Glickfield of Marion to dress more appropriately, including wearing socks and tie for future business in his court room. It seems the lawyer showed up to court without stockings, wearing an open-collared shirt. That resulted in a discussion over proper attire, which Glickfield allegedly replied, “I hate socks.” No word on how the court would sock it to him, if he doesn't show up in nylons or hosiery.
