The Indiana BMV is asking moped and scooter drivers to watch their video on some new rules when you hit the road. If you own a motorized scooter, the BMV has released an online video to help you learn the new rules. A new state law requiring licenses for scooters will take effect on January 1st. The video will explain which documents are needed to obtain a scooter licenses and insurance. Owners will receive temporary tags and credentials until official documents are received in the mail.
