PLYMOUTH – A Bourbon woman is accused of drunk driving after being spotted traveling the wrong way on US 30 with a toddler in the vehicle.
The incident happened around 12:23 a.m. Wednesday.
Officers spotted Alysson Nicole Nutting, 28, driving the wrong way on the highway after 911 dispatchers were alerted to the situation.
Deputies were able to pull over the vehicle without incident.
Nutting’s blood alcohol level was 0.20, more than twice the legal limit.
She’s facing charges of neglect of a dependent, OWI with a passenger less than 18 years of age, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .15% or greater
