The woman charged in the bus stop crash in Fulton County last month appeared in court Thursday.

24-year-old Alyssa Shepherd of Rochester entered a not guilty plea at her initial hearing.

She’s been charged in the crash that killed three siblings and injured a fourth child on October 30 after driving around a stopped Tippecanoe Valley school bus.

Shepherd faces three counts of reckless homicide and one count of passing a school bus with its safety arm extended causing injury.

Her pretrial is scheduled for February 5.
