Carla Kristin Collins of Milford, Indiana passed away surrounded by her loving family into the presence of the Lord on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the age of 45.

Carla’s life will be celebrated with a service at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Silver Creek Church of God, 6504 W. 1300 S., Silver Lake, IN and officiated by Pastor Dr. Larry McCall. A graveside service will follow at Silver Creek Cemetery, Silver Lake, Indiana.
