Concord Lawsuit Over Christmas Program Continues

The number of plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit concerning Concord High Schools Christmas concert is growing.

The Elkhart Truth reports that two men have been added to the lawsuit, which claims a live Nativity scene traditionally displayed during the performance violates the US Constitution.

The Truth reports that the men intend to remain anonymous after the attorney for the father and son at the center of the dispute produced a letter from someone threatening their lives.
