The very latest in the Henry Davis, Jr. OWI arrest, as the councilman has a “promise to appear” court date set for August 11th in Traffic and Misdemeanor Court. This, after he was taken into custody early Saturday morning after police say he was driving in the wrong direction on the US 20 bypass and failed several field sobriety tests. At the time he posted bond, the St. Joseph County Jail assigned him the court date, so a summons will not be issued.
