Creassia Blackburn, age 48, of Mentone, passed away unexpectedly in her residence on September 16, 2026.

Her Life Celebration Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, 125 Fawley St, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. A church service will follow that evening, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the church. An additional visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, followed by the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Samuel Perkins and Glen Hughes officiating. Her burial will follow the service at 2791 W 950 S, Silver Lake, Indiana 46982.
