A Cromwell man is facing charges for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old girl. According to documents released by the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, 43-year-old Robert Dwane Dominy was arrested last week and is charged with two counts of child molestation. He's being held in the Kosciusko County Jail without bond. If convicted, Dominy could face up to 100 years in prison.
