Cromwell man arrested for robbery and battery, two more being sought

One man is arrested in connection with a robbery in the Enchanted Hills area.

20-year-old Joshua Tucco of Cromwell was arrested and booked into Kosciusko County Jail on Saturday. He faces felony charges of robbery and battery, plus a misdemeanor charge of theft.

Court documents indicate Tucco and two other knocked a victim off of his dirt bike and started hitting him, then stole his iPhone, a speaker, and an iPad. The victim’s eye was swollen shut following the attack.

Tucco’s bond was set at $31,000, but he has since been released.

Two other 20-year-old men are being sought on felony warrants in connection to the incident.
