David Earl Moore, known to some as “Dave” and to others as “Chief,” passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at North Woods Village in Fort Wayne, IN.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Warsaw is entrusted with Chief’s care. A private, simple graveside service was his request. He was interred with military honors at Oakwood Cemetery on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
