We now know the names of the victims of the deadly bicycle vs vehicle crash in Elkhart County. Sheriff's deputies say a Millersburg man was driving a Jeep Liberty northbound on State Road 13 near County Road 38 around 4:30 am on Monday when he struck two bicyclists who were also riding northbound. 26 year-old Devon Lehman of Goshen was pronounced dead at the scene. 30 year-old Loren Wingard of Millersbug was only grazed by the vehicle and escaped injury. The driver has submitted blood for drug testing. His vehicle sustained front end bumper, hood and windshield damagge. The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department Crash Team is still investigating.
