Details Released On Mom Who Threw Newborn Into Trash Can

Disturbing details are being released in a case of a woman accused of throwing her newborn baby into a trash can at an Indianapolis factory. Police say 22-year-old Briana Holland gave birth to a baby boy in the restroom of the United Technology Carrier Corporation building, last Friday. A maintenance worker at the factory discovered the baby. Deputy Prosecutor Kristina Korobov says at this point, they're reviewing all the possible charges. Court documents say the lower half of the baby‘s body was wrapped in a brown paper bag. Toliet paper was wrapped approximately 15 times around his neck and a tampon applicator and tissue were stuffed in the baby‘s mouth. The baby survived. Meanwhile, Holland is in police custody and has a pretrial hearing September 3rd.
