Donald P. “Phil” Stiver, 80, passed away on Wednesday morning, May 28, 2025 at Kindred Hospital-Indianapolis.
Visitation will be held from 11-1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will be in the Mentone Cemetery, Mentone.
