Early voting in Kosciusko County is at an all-time high for midterm elections.
The Times-Union reports over 4,000 ballots were received by noon on Friday– that includes in-person and mail-in absentee.
The total number of absentee votes in the 2014 midterm election was 1,765.
Early voting ends at noon Monday.
