WARSAW — Mark your calendar – after 19 years as Kosciusko County’s Emergency Management Director, Ed Rock is retiring.
Plans to honor the longtime public servant were announced Wednesday.
A reception is scheduled for March 30 in the multipurpose room in the Justice Building in Warsaw. The start time is 10 a.m.
Rock has already stepped down but is working with his replacement, former police officer Kip Shuter.
