The Bell Aircraft Museum/Mentone Historical Museum will be presenting a program Sunday September 20th at 2pm titled WHAT MADE MENTONE THE EGG BASKET OF THE MIDWEST.  The program tells the stories of the area farmers who shipped eggs to New York and Chicago.  It includes the Mentone Egg Show which was held in 1935 thru 1959 and the Egg Show Queens.   Three of the Egg show Queens are planning to attend, The 1950 Egg Show Queen Tomamline Witham from Atwood, who lives in California, is planning to be there.

The museums will be open for tours from 1 pm to 5 pm.
