Manchester Civic Band Patriotic Concert

The Manchester Civic Band is presenting a concert featuring outdoor music in honor of America’s 249th birthday and looking ahead to the 250th celebration in 2026. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and join us in the South Whitley Town Park for the free concert. In the event of inclement weather, the concert will move to the South Whitley Community Public Library auditorium.
