For children 3years or younger on July 4, 2024. Enter by June 19th with entry form, 2 of the same non-returnable pictures no larger than 4×6, and a $1 entry fee. Voting will take place at Lake City Bank Akron from June 22 through June 29 @ 11AM. Winners and awards will be announced on June 30th at the Akron Community Center at approximately 5:15 pm.
