A Warsaw woman is in jail following what police are calling an “extensive” undercover investigation into drug deals at the Victory Hotel.
NET 43 executed a search warrant on the hotel at 223 West Jefferson Street last Thursday evening, where they found over 100 grams of methamphetamine, 13 ounces of marijuana, seven grams of cocaine and 69 hits of acid, all valued at $17,400. Also found was $2,900 in cash.
34-year old Michelle Poe was taken into custody at the scene and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail. She faces charges of dealing and possession of meth, dealing and possession cocaine or other narcotic drugs and dealing marijuana, all felonies. She also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Her bond is set at $25,000.
