Federal Judge Calls Out Governor Pence On Gay Marriage

A federal judge blasts Governor Mike Pence. Federal Judge Richard Young says the Governor contradicted himself on gay marriage. The judge says PENCE once said he had no authority to enforce Indiana's gay marriage ban and then ordered executive agencies to do so following court rulings. Tuesday, Young ruled the state must recognize same-sex marriages from other states. But, the order wouldn't take effect until a federal appeals court rules on Indiana's ban on same-sex marriage. Originally a federal judge struck down Indiana's ban on same-sex marriages in June, with a stay issued just days later.
