Construction is running on time for the new North Webster library.

Library Public Relations Coordinator Terri Ritter says they are getting into their final pushes for fundraising, with a goal of getting to $50,000. The funds will help furnish the new library with additional bookshelves, tables, chairs and other needed items.

The library will be hosting a fundraiser on Friday, February 14th with an “Afternoon Delights Dessert Bar,” where for $7, you can enjoy an assortment of homemade desserts. Those tickets must be purchased in advance and can be gotten at the circulation desk.

People can also donate to the fund online on the library’s website www.nweb.lib.in.us by clicking on the Donate button on the home page, in person at the library, or by sending a check to NWCPL, P.O. Box 825, North Webster, IN 46555. If paying by check, make check payable to NWCPL and write Building & Sustainability Fund in the memo line.
