FORT WAYNE — A Fort Wayne man has been sentenced for pulling a 13-year-old girl into his car and forcing her to perform a sex act on him in January 2019.
Brent Taylor, 36, will spend 46 years in prison for child molesting and kidnapping.
A jury found Taylor guilty in March. Court papers say Taylor offered the girl a ride as she walked near a friend’s house. When the girl refused, Taylor grabbed her by the arm and forced her into his car.
After abducting the girl, Taylor drove to an ATM, withdrew $100 dollars, and then drove to a church parking lot where he forced the girl to perform a sex act on him. He then dropped her off where he found her. Taylor was arrested in May 2019.
