A four month old child is listed in critical condition and not breathing in an apparent case of child abuse. Crews were called to the 1400 block of East Dubail St. in South Bend on Thursday night. As it stands right now, the child is on life-support. An adult man, who is said to be the mother's boyfriend, has been arrested on a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent.
