You can get a free pedometer this week at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department of Goshen Heart & Vascular Center.
The department is giving them away to the public in honor of National Cardiac Rehabilitation Week. If you’re interested, stop by the 2nd floor of the center, next to Goshen Hospital.
The department reminds you that cardiac rehab plays a crucial role in reducing the potentially devastating effects of heart disease and improving the quality of life for patients and their families.
