As you heard on Fox News, Gay Marriage is legal in Indiana and other new states. The US Supreme Court has turned away Indiana's appeal and similar requests from four other states to prohibit same-sex marriage. The high court's refusal to act, seemingly clears the way for gay marriage in Indiana, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. As of today's developement, it appears same-sex marriage is legal is 30 states and the District of Columbia.
