Weather is being blamed for an accident that claimed the life of a Goshen man Thursday in Lagrange County. Authorities say Jeremy Lemaar is believed to have been a passenger in a van traveling on US 20 near Shipshewana around 8:45pm when it slid on the slippery road and crossed the centerline and hit an oncoming car. The Elkhart Truth reports that the drivers of both vehicles were injured, as was another passenger in the van.
