Christopher Grimmett, 29, of Warsaw, the man who confessed to murdering two-year-old Adalin Stamper, will appear before a Kosciusko County judge.
Grimmett has a pretrial conference scheduled for Monday.
He was arrested in November after police say he admitted to the crime.
