Groundbreaking For Veteran’s Home

Operation Finally Home and the Builders Association Kosciusko Fulton Counties broke ground Saturday afternoon on a new home for a disabled veteran. Justin Raymer (third from left) served three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is originally from Warsaw, but had been living in Georgia with his family. On Nov. 19, the BAKFC surprised the Raymer family by announcing the project at the Wagon Wheel Theatre. Operation Finally Home is a national non-profit organization that builds homes for injured veterans and wives of fallen veterans. This is the first home it has built in the state, according to Project Manager Ronnie Lyes. “I am so grateful to be a part of this,” said Justin’s wife, Kaci Raymer. “Words can not express how much this means to me and Justin.” The home is scheduled to be completed in September.
