Guilty Plea From Driver Of Vehicle Where A Woman Was Killed

It's a guilty plea from the man behind the wheel of a vehicle during which a woman struck her head while leaning out the window to get sick. It was back in June when prosecutors say 23 year-old Kyle Papa was driving, when 24 year-old Amanda Ezra leaned out of the vehicle in the 300 block of Chestnut Street in Osceola. Papa drove the vehicle over the curb. Ezra then struck her head on a guide wire, which caused her to hit her head on the van. She died from the injuries she received. During the hearing on Monday, Papa pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident after operating while Intoxicated causing Death, which is the highest offense with which he was charged and with that, the other lesser offenses he was charged are being dismissed.
