A head-on collision caused minor injuries on S.R. 15 at the intersection of C.R. 400 N between Leesburg and Warsaw on Saturday.
It happened at 4:41 a.m., according to the Times-Union.
Authorities say a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup attempted to turn left and pulled into the path of a 2006 Chevrolet SUV pulling a trailer.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital complaining of leg pain.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the crash. Warsaw Police Department and Warsaw Fire Department assisted at the scene.
