Indiana Attorney General working to end robocalls

Indiana’s Attorney General wants to help Hoosiers avoid robocalls.
Curtis Hill is helping lead a bipartisan group of 40 state attorneys general developing fresh strategies to stop or reduce annoying, harmful and even illegal robocalls.
That group has held a number of meetings with several major telecom companies his office calls “productive.” Indiana is one of 15 states on the group’s executive committee.
One of the group’s goals is to determine if the states should make further recommendations to the FCC to try and tackle the problem.
