Indiana Lawmaker Won’t Step Down After Sexting Scandal

An Indiana lawmaker, who's the subject of an online report saying he sent nude photos of himself to a woman involved in a 2013 scandal with a former New York congressman, says he doesn't plan to resign. Democratic Representative Justin Moed of Indianapolis appeared at the Statehouse Monday for the first time since a website identified him last week as a “sexting” partner of Sydney Leathers, who became known for sexting with former U.S. Represntative Anthony Weiner in a scandal that cost him a bid for New York mayor.
