Indiana Republicans Pick Holcomb To Replace Pence on Ballot

Indiana Republican leaders voted in a private meeting Tuesday selecting Lt. Gov. Eric Holcomb to replace Gov. Mike Pence as the GOP gubernatorial nominee. Pence officially withdraw last week to become Donald Trump’s vice presidential running mate.

The 22 members of the Indiana Republican State Committee voted on the nomination.

Holcomb was picked over U.S. Representatives Susan Brooks and Todd Rokita and state Senator Jim Tomes of Wadesville.
