Indiana Utility Reg Chairman Stepping Down

Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission Chairman Jim Atterholt is retiring. Atterholt told Governor Holcomb Monday that his last day will be January 12, less than a year after the governor tapped him to lead that body. Atterholt says he is ready to step away from public service after 30 years, including a stint as Chief of Staff for then-Governor Mike Pence, as a commissioner for the Department of Insurance, and as a member of the General Assembly.
