Indiana Workplace Injuries And Illnesses Are Down

Once again, the number of  non-fatal workplace injury and illness is falling. For the second consecutive year, Indiana’s overall rate has reached a historic low of 3.8 percent  per 100 full-time workers. The biggest improvement among the major Hoosier sectors was in the state’s agriculture industry, which experienced a 50 percent decline from 2012. In fact, 11 of 18 industries experienced a reduction.
