Indiana’s Friday COVID-19 update shows another decline in the positive case rate

Indiana’s positive COVID-19 testing rate fell to 17.8 percent in their newest update on Friday, down two-tenths of a percent from Thursday.

5,383 new tests were reported Friday, bringing the total amount of testing down to 130,128. With the new update, 675 more positive tests and 33 more deaths were recorded.

The state now has had 23,146 positive cases along with 1,328 deaths.

Noble County – 127 (+3) cases – 14 deaths – 477 tests
Wabash County – 64 (+0) cases – 2 deaths – 310 tests
Fulton County – 34 (+0) cases – 1 death – 261 tests
Marshall County – 31 (+0) cases – 1 death – 608 tests
Whitley County – 22 (+0) cases – 1 death – 245 tests
