Judge Orders BMV To Resume Issuing Personalized License Plates

A Marion County judge has ordered the Indiana BMV  to resume issuing personalized license plates, but that doesn't mean the agency will start doing so anytime soon. The BMV had suspended their “personalized” plate sales after a judge found that the BMV violated a police officer's freedom of speech when it revoked a license plate that read “OINK.''   Meanwhile the bureau has asked the Indiana Supreme Court for a on the ruling stay.
