The Indiana State Fire Marshal has issued a recall on several smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors after they may not alert for a fire.

The voluntary recall which was issued in May by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission says it affects certain models of the Kidde TruSense detectors, including both battery powered and hard wired alarms.

The alarms include those that were bought at a store or online, but do not include any that may have been given out fire departments.

Seven different models are under recall: 2040-DSR, 2050-DS10, 2060-ASR, 2070-VDSCR, 2070-VASCR, 2070-VDSR, 2070-VASR
